Every Arlune order is packed by hand and dispatched with care. Here is what to expect.
Orders are prepared within 3-5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with dispatch details.
Estimated delivery is 5-10 business days after dispatch for addresses in the continental United States. Larger items (baskets, wall hangings, sculptures) ship via insured parcel or truck freight with curbside delivery.
Shipping is free on all orders shipped within the continental United States. Contact us for quotes to Alaska, Hawaii and other destinations.
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Please provide a delivery address where someone can receive the goods. Liftgate or inside delivery can be arranged on request; additional carrier fees may apply.
Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph the packaging before opening. Report transit damage within 5 business days at [email protected] with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
