We want you to be happy with your handcrafted piece. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.
You may return an item within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details before shipping anything back; we will provide return instructions.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees, where charged, are non-refundable unless the return is our error.
Please inspect your order on arrival. Report damage or defects within 5 business days with photographs. Every piece carries a 90-day warranty against material and workmanship defects; we will repair, replace or refund the affected item at our option.
Items marked as final sale, custom orders and items damaged through misuse, moisture, heat or unauthorized alteration cannot be returned.
For exchanges, place a new order and return the original item under the standard return process.
